All services are performed by registered nurses.


IV hydration therapy is done with a peripheral intravenous catheter that is inserted via a needle into a vein in your body, which delivers fluids, vitamins, ​minerals, nutritional compounds, and/or medications directly into your body.


Injection therapy is when a vitamin, mineral, nutritional compound, and/or medication is injected directly into the subcutaneous fat or muscle of your ​body.


IV and Injections at IV HydraLounge are available for those 13 and older. Anyone under the age of 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission.


Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding can receive a B-12 injection or IV booster and their desired amount of fluid. These services have been deemed ​safe for those pregnant or breastfeeding by our medical director.


Treatment with IV therapy and/or injectable vitamins, nutritional compounds, minerals, and/or medications offered at IV Hydralounge is completely ​voluntary.


Alternative therapy options for the symptoms you are seeking IV therapy and/or injection therapy for include but aren’t limited to, treatment by your ​primary care provider and/or specialty provider, oral supplementation, and dietary/lifestyle modification.


IV therapy provided at IV Hydralounge doesn’t require a physician’s note to receive, however, we do recommend notifying your medical and/or mental ​health provider about your decision to undergo IV therapy or intramuscular injection therapy.


IV infusions and injection therapy at IV Hydralounge are not intended to diagnose or treat a specific medical condition. IV infusions and injection ​therapy will not prevent or cure medical conditions or diseases. IV infusions and injection therapy is a voluntary service meant to assist with certain ​symptoms or ailments you may be experiencing.


Please inform our medical staff of all medications and supplements you take and any allergies you have. Serious adverse reactions could happen if you ​do not disclose any allergies you have, as well as any medications and supplements that you are currently taking.


Understanding the risks and benefits of IV and injection therapies is very important.


Common risks involved with IV and injection therapies include, but are not limited to, irritation, pain, discomfort, bruising, and bleeding at the site of ​the IV insertion or injection.


Less common risks involved with IV and injection therapies include, but are not limited to, infection at the site of the IV insertion or injection, injury to ​the tissue, phlebitis, low blood pressure, fainting, fluid volume overload, medication interactions, and drops in blood sugar levels.


Very rare risks involved with IV and injection therapies include but are not limited to, sepsis, severe allergic reactions, severe medication/supplement ​reactions, anaphylaxis, blood clots, shock, cardiac arrest, and death.


The benefits of IV and injection therapies include, but are not limited to, enhanced absorption of vitamins and minerals as they bypass the digestive ​tract, increased total body hydration, alleviation of certain symptoms, increased total body nutrient density, and improved athletic performance and ​recovery.


Unforeseeable complications can arise when an IV is placed and medications, fluids, minerals, and vitamins are infused into the body. You have the ​right to refuse any treatments or treatment recommendations at any time.
